Who we are
MTGA
Established in 2004, MTGA fosters and facilitates the creation of an interconnected statewide system of trails and greenways for environmental and cultural preservation purposes. We work at the state and local levels by assisting public and private interests in trails and greenways planning, funding, development, and maintenance. We work to build public support for trails and greenways development through events, membership, education, information, and advocacy activities.
Mission
Michigan Trails and Greenways Alliance is the statewide voice for non-motorized trail users, helping people build, connect and promote trails for a healthier and more prosperous Michigan.
Vision
An active outdoor lifestyle in Michigan.
